Easter Giveaway Terms and Conditions 2023

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
   1. Visit www.tinytones.com.au/pages/win and complete the requested details or enter via entry form used in the relevant Facebook sponsored ad.
   2. The promotion runs from 12:00am (AEST) Thursday 06/04/2023 until 11.59pm (AEST) Tuesday 11/04/2023.
   3. Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by Tiny Tones database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

2. Entry is open to Australian residents who are aged 16 years and over that have access to the internet.

3. Entrants may only enter once. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

4. The competition prize consists of a PlayMe Pat Bell Shelf or Pat Bell 8 set and as described in the competition. If the chosen prize is not currently in stock, the prize delivery will occur immediately after stock arrives or the winner may select another item to equal value. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable after delivery and cannot be taken as cash.

5. The draw will take place by 11.59pm (AEST) on 7/05/2023. The winner will be notified by email.

6. The winner will be selected at random by an online random name selection tool from all the correct entries received. 

7. The winner will need to contact Tiny Tones by email with a phone number that they can be contacted on to arrange collection of the prize. All entrants must be contactable on the email account used for entry. If the winner does not make contact by 11.59PM AEST on 14th May 2023, the prize will be forfeited and there will be a redraw.

8. Tiny Tones may require a prize winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at Tiny Tones’ discretion.

9. Tiny Tones accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, ineligible, invalid, late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestions on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to, any injury or damage to participants or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.


10. In the event, there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of Tiny Tones is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Any costs associated with accessing the online entry are the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

12. To the full extent permitted by law, Tiny Tones and its related companies and all those entities personnel (the “Relevant Parties”) exclude all liability for loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the promotion, including (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a relevant party (iii) any liability for person’s injury or death. Nothing in these conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a person’s rights under the competition and consumer Act 2012.

13. Tiny Tones accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes.

14. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By completing the online entry, entrants consent to receive future promotional or marketing materials. 

15. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Tiny Tones which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Tiny Tones reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
